Hi, My name is Heather Hill. My journey in education has taken unexpected and beautiful turns. For 18 years, I thrived as a public elementary school classroom teacher, dedicated to helping children learn in traditional settings. But life had more lessons in store for me.
When I began homeschooling my own children, I discovered something transformative: learning could look different – and that difference could be powerful. This revelation led me to create a self-directed learning community of 25 students, where I witnessed firsthand how children flourish when given the freedom to explore their interests.
Today, I bring this unique perspective – blending traditional teaching experience with innovative learning approaches – to help families like yours find their perfect homeschooling path.
